Dynamic Labs (P) Ltd. was founded in 1979, by a well- known and visionary pharmacist Dr. O.S. Bhargava at Delhi. Dynamic gradually but solidly spread its network throughout the branded generics and ethical segments across 25 states of India and became a hallmark of quality and efficacy for its 450 distributors & 8,000 retailers. It started exports in the year 1991 with a range of specialized products across segments and dosage forms. Within a short span of few years exports surged and soon accounted for 60% of the total turnover.

Dynamic Labs is currently headed by Mr. Rakesh Bhargava, a renowned Pharmacist with over 30 years of experience. He was instrumental in setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dehradun, the capital of the hill state of Uttarakhand, dedicated to exports.

Dynamic Labs has been awarded cGMP, WHO-GMP & ISO 9001:2008 certification for meeting all quality norms and parameters. The plant confirms International Standards like USFDA, UKMHRA & TGA-Australia, and efforts are underway for accreditation.

The Company is a part of the COOPER group, which was established in the year 1959, and has been continuously evolving and growing ever since. The DYNAMIC products are manufactured at the State of the Art, ISO & WHO-GMP COOPER plant at Dehradun, where international standards are maintained.

Our Franchisees are supplied with Visuals, Literatures, Product reminder cards, order books, etc for better promotional activities. 

The appointed franchisee will have to appoint /arrange medical representatives. The number of appointees shall be as per the area’s requirements or needs as found by the franchise. The expenses of these appointees are borne by the franchisees however they may avail assistance from the company in their selection.

 

SUPPORT FROM COMPANY

We do understand the importance of strong marketing and hence provide comprehensive marketing support to help you establish your business faster and of higher level in your territory. In this connection, the company supports you in the following manner:-

• The company ensures constant and streamed supplies of goods.
• The company provides on cost basis the complete range of promotional materials like Visual Aid, Sample Catch cover, Visiting cards, Order book, Prescription Pads, Small Brand Reminder Cards, Product Brochures for Displaying Complete Product Range, Small & Regular Gifts, etc on regular basis to our Franchisees.
• The company has appointed Sales Managers who shall be regularly visiting our Franchisees to see to your achievements and sorting out problems if any. If required by the Franchisees our managers will also visit their doctors and provide on the job training to their medical representatives.
• If required the company will help our Franchisees in the selection of efficient field staff.
• The company will provide market support by way of advertisement in leading Medical Journals like DRUG TODAY, CIMS, MEDICAL DARPAN, PHARMA NEWS, e.t.c
• The company shall offer an attractive “BONUS OFFER / SPECIAL OFFER” from time to time to enhance the profit of the Franchisees.

The company takes utmost care of its Associates, we understand that the cost incurred by you all under this head is only to promote our products Ethically in the market henceforth all the Franchisees of Dynamic Family will get the advantage of “FREE PROMOTIONAL INPUTS” subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned in our circular for the same. For which you can refer our “PROMOTIONAL INPUT POLICY” enclosed herewith.

 

TRANSPORT

All goods are sent on a TO-PAY basis. The Franchisees of Dynamic Family will get the advantage of “FREIGHT  REIMBURSEMENT” subject to Terms And Conditions.

 

SCOPE FOR EXPANSION

We have aggressive plans to increase our market penetration by adding at least 5 to 10 products in every quarter of a particular F.Y. the suggestion from Franchisees regarding new products shall always be entertained and these new products would be offered to our Franchisee supplementing their incomes manifolds.
